Introducing: Three Conversations

We have a unique way of resolving conflicts. It doesn’t require the other person in the room.
Instead you can practice the conflict conversation with one of us. We’ll play the other person, in an understanding way.
Because of our training in nonviolent communication, mindfulness & integral theory, we can help you identify what is at the root of the conflict.
Once you’ve discovered the root, the solution will usually present itself.
Together with tools and our experience, nine out of ten times the conflict gets resolved in two conversations of an hour. In the third conversation we celebrate what worked and learn from where you could improve your conversation skills.
All from the comfort of your home (via Skype/Zoom).
